As Ed has in prior years, he’s organizing a Thanksgiving day dinner so that no one needs to be alone on this holiday.

Everyone who would enjoy celebrating Thanksgiving with a large group of friends is, of course, very welcome.

This year, we will be dining at Checkers Old Munchen, which will be serving a traditional turkey dinner on Thanksgiving day [see menu below]. Of course, you can also order from their regular menu. Both SAGE and Prime Gentlemen hosted dinners there each year, so most of you are familiar with the restaurant. And they can accommodate large group events.

If you need transportation, just let him know, and he will arrange to have you picked-up. This has been a very nice holiday for those of us who attended in past years. You are, of course, encouraged to bring your friends. Please let him know if you plan on attending.

SOUP: German Onion & Apple Soup

TRADITIONAL TURKEY DINNER:

• Butter Basted Farm Raised Turkey
• Old Fashion Giblet Gravy
• Candied Cranberry Sauce
• Bavarian Sweet Sausage & Sage Stuffing
• Green Bean Casserole
• Sweet Potato Soufflé or Mashed Potatoes

Dessert: Your Choice of: Pumpkin Pie, Apple Strudel, Black Forest, German Cake
